British Values
The British Values Leaders promote British values across schools to ensure their peers leave school prepared for life in modern Britain. They promote and support pupils to understand the values:
- democracy
- rule of law
- individual liberty
- mutual respect
- tolerance of those of different faiths and beliefs
The leaders have met during the Autumn and Spring Term to discuss what actions to put in place to promote British Values. They have decided to create information leaflets that will be placed around school. Deliver an assembly, during the Spring and Summer Term and schedule visits to classes during Collective Worship time.
The Leaders are in the process of creating you have been spotted awards, that will be given out in assembly when children across school demonstrate the school values and British Values.
